INTEGRATED LOGISTICS

The integrated logistics service consists of TAS Logistyka taking over all or part of the Customer’s supply chain management. It is dedicated to companies importing goods from outside the EU and distributing them on the European market, as well as manufacturing companies.

Integrated logistics is based on concepts such as 3PL, 4PL and holistic management based on the so-called ‘control tower’. Its implementation uses the in-house resources of TAS Logistyka supported by the resources of proven subcontractors, offering Customers a comprehensive service across a wide range including import/export, clearance, delivery, procurement, warehousing and distribution.

Main assumptions

Main assumptions

The concept of integrated logistics service is to relieve Customers of the burden in the areas of supply chain management, enabling them to better focus on their core business areas/objectives. It is based on achieving synergies from taking over not just one, but a number of processes in the Customer’s supply chain, ensuring profound optimisation of the whole.

The main areas concerned include:

  • import processes, including customs clearance
  • transport and freight forwarding
  • warehousing
  • supplying production facilities
  • in-house logistics
  • distribution
  • export processes, including customs clearance

Free configuration of the range of services

The solution offered by TAS Logistyka assumes that the individual elements can be configured in any way, and that the service can be tailored to the Customer’s actual needs.
